Antony's Story.
Many know me as Igorevich — a name I’ve worked under for years, and one that remains a part of me even as we build Humble.
For me, Igorevich is more than just a pseudonym. It’s a tribute to my father, a professional photographer, and a reflection of my roots. I grew up watching him shoot on film, surrounded by negatives and printed photographs. We would go through his work together, and some of those images still live on—now scanned and stored on my laptop. From an early age, I realized that photography wasn’t just about capturing reality—it was a way to shape it, to create images that others might never see on their own. That realization set me on my own path in visual storytelling.
Born in the Ural region of Russia, I moved to St. Petersburg as a young adult to pursue photography. It was home to the country’s best university for photography and cinema, and I wanted to learn from the best. Those years shaped me—not just technically, but in how I understood photography as an art form. I became obsessed with studying—reading books about legendary photographers, watching iconic films, writing reviews, and shooting relentlessly. That process refined my eye, expanded my perspective, and fueled my creative hunger.
One of the most defining aspects of my growth was the people I met along the way. Our university was home to some of the most respected figures in the industry—people whose work is known worldwide. Learning from them, hearing their insights, and seeing their approach to storytelling helped me develop a sensitivity to imagery and a deep respect for composition. Over time, I found my own voice and gravitated toward fashion photography.
What drew me to fashion was its creative freedom—more than any other genre, it allowed for complete reinvention. Photography, to me, is a language—one that lets me translate ideas into imagery, shape concepts, and build narratives. The tool itself is secondary. If I didn’t have a camera, I would still be doing the same thing, just through a different medium.
Fashion, like photography, is more than just a physical form—it’s a bridge between abstract ideas and tangible reality. It turns thoughts into texture, emotions into lines, and vision into something you can hold. Creativity isn’t about the tools we use—it’s something deeper, something internal.
It’s been nearly ten years since photography became my profession. In that time, I’ve worked with major brands, magazines, modeling agencies, and advertising firms. Every project has been a chance to learn, to collaborate with talented individuals, and to push creative boundaries.
One of those projects led me to Ivan—a producer on a shoot we were working on in St. Petersburg. From the start, it was clear that we shared a similar vision and approach to work. Over time, we collaborated on multiple projects, and it always felt effortless—like we understood each other without having to say much.
When I moved to Los Angeles, Ivan eventually made the same decision. It wasn’t planned—it just happened. But looking back, it feels like it was meant to be. We had already built a strong creative partnership, and now, in the same city, it only made sense to take it further.
I had always wanted to oversee projects from concept to execution—to step beyond just being a photographer and explore the role of a creative director. The Humble became the space for that vision. It’s a place where we bring together different specialists, generate bold ideas, and turn them into reality.
Looking back, I see that passion has always been the driving force behind everything I do. It’s what led me from my father’s film negatives to building my own creative space. Moving forward, I want to continue evolving, sharing my perspective, and creating imagery that inspires others.

our story

Ivan's story
I was born in North Africa, a region known for its breathtaking sunsets and striking landscapes.
However, I spent only the first nine months of my life there before moving to Russia with my family. While my time in North Africa was brief, it remains a notable part of my identity, since I was born there, and my journey begins from that very place.
From an early age in Russia I stood out. My features, darker than those of my peers, made me different. And while difference can sometimes be a challenge, it also became my greatest strength. I learned how to navigate the world through connection—how to bridge gaps, communicate authentically, and turn what set me apart into an advantage. Those early lessons in resilience and adaptability became the foundation of the person I am today, shaping not only my character but also my approach to business and creativity.
Over the years, my journey took me across yet another continent. In 2008, I moved to England to study International Management in Norwich. Two years abroad broadened my perspectives, introducing me to new ways of thinking and sparking a deep appreciation for international vision and business. When I returned to Russia in 2010, I pursued studies in Management and Business Development, unknowingly laying the groundwork for everything that would come next.
Finding Purpose in Creativity and Business
My career took a turn in 2015 when I found myself immersed in the barbering and tattoo industry. What started as an interest in management quickly evolved into something much larger. I wasn’t just overseeing operations—I was building. I was developing brands, conceptualizing identities, and producing visual content that gave businesses their voice. Through this work, I found myself naturally bringing people together, fostering strong and productive communication that helped ideas flourish. It was in these years that I learned one of the most valuable lessons of my life: at the heart of every great project is strong, authentic communication.
This period was also shaped by the people I worked with. Among them was Vladimir, one of my senior colleagues, who became a mentor and a major influence on my business philosophy. He taught me to see beyond the surface of things, to understand the mechanics of building something sustainable, and to always approach work with both passion and strategy. His guidance played a pivotal role in my growth, reinforcing the mindset that would later define my approach to production and branding.
Meeting Anton and Creative Synergy
While working on various creative projects in Russia, I met Anton. From the very first conversations, we realized we were on the same page creatively. Our ideas flowed effortlessly, and we shared a vision for how projects should be built and executed. In 2020, we decided to make it official and start working as a team.
Over the next few years, we collaborated on projects of all sizes, from intimate artistic shoots to large-scale productions. With every project—whether photo or video—we refined our skills, expanded our portfolio, and strengthened our partnership. The unique art and business synergy we had was undeniable, and we knew that we wanted to take our work even further.
Building “The Humble Production” in the U.S.
Anton moved to the U.S. in 2022, while I arrived in 2024. Though we came at different times and followed different paths, we both knew that our best work was done together. That’s why, once we were both here, we decided it was time to take things to the next level.
And so, The Humble Production was born. This agency is the culmination of years of experience, a shared passion for storytelling, and a deep belief in the power of collaboration.
Today, we pour our energy, vision and expertise into every project we take on.
Looking back, my life has spanned four continents. Born in Africa, raised in Russia, educated in England, and now building a company in the U.S. Every challenge, every lesson, and every person I’ve met along the way has shaped the vision I bring to this industry.
And now, with The Humble Production, I’m continuing this journey, opening a new chapter, and creating something special that makes an impact.
